(98255); PN SW37194 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 13.5; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv). This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 11/15/2021; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item with 1 day of this notice.
