PR 90199092 Item Description: LUBRICATOR ASSY, GUN. Quantity: 132 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: DLA DISTRIBUTION DDJC SAN JOAQUIN, CA Delivery Schedule: 825 Days Item is being bought in accordance with MEGGITT (NORTH HOLLYWOOD), INC. 58163 P/N 328535P01 and GENERAL DYNAMICS-OTS, INC. 05606 P/N 211F133. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv). This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic as described in the solicitation. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 11/29/2021; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1). Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. All proposals shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
