Delivery Schedule: 400 Days Item is being bought in accordance with FAIRBANKS MORSE, LLC 7PZX0 P/N P12615027 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv). This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, socioeconomic, and past performance as described in the solicitation. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item.
