This amendment clarifies that under Factor 2: Price, each offered unit price will be multiplied by the estimated quantity to produce a total base-period price for that line item, with lowest price determined by the lowest total aggregated extended price and award evaluated all-or-none. Vendor questions are due November 13, 2026, and answers will be posted to SAM.gov on November 20, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
