PURPOSE The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date for this solicitation, provide clarification, and update RFP documents. 2. EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE The due date for submission of offers is hereby extended from October 10, 2025, to October 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time. 3. CLARIFICATION Basis of Reserve Storage Offer: Monthly fee is expressed as USD per metric ton. The contractor shall ensure specified fuel allocations are readily accessible and available throughout the performance period. Fuel can be periodically drawn down; however, DLA Energy will only pay for the amount maintained in reserve storage. Reports must include current reserve storage inventory levels and be accurate and timely to facilitate efficient management, oversight, transparency, and prompt payment processing will be made based upon accurate reporting of the quantity levels indicated in the storage reports. 4. IMPORTANT Offerors are required to review the attached (updated) Solicitation/Offer Submission Package (OSP), prior to submitting an offer. Offers must be submitted using updated ATTACHMENTS.
