The U.S. government requires monthly delivery of 1.5 million USG of F76 and 300,000 USG of JP5 to ships on a rotational basis near Port Ponce, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with orders placed about five days in advance and delivery required within five days of order placement. Performance location is Pier 8, Port Ponce, Puerto Rico, with no other Caribbean locations acceptable. The contractor must provide a 24/7 point of contact, and if a barge is used, supply all necessary fendering and ship-to-ship transfer equipment. Award will go to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest aggregate price per line item, evaluated independently.
