Add minimum quantities to Attachment A - Schedule of Supplies. 3. Update the mode of delivery at several locations on Attachment A – Schedule of Supplies and Attachment B – Offer Data Sheet. 4. Update the links incorporated in clauses FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) and FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated By Reference (Feb 1998) in the solicitation. 5. Add the Data Sheet for Proposed Exceptions – Attachment F. Clarification: For the United States (CONUS) the sulfur content cannot exceed 15 ppm.
