DLA Energy Fuel Transportation Services - Progreso, Yucatán, Mexico (JP5)
This sources-sought notice supports DLA Energy market research for transporting, delivering, and offloading approximately 20,000 U.S. gallons of JP-5 per delivery event from DFSP Houston to Progreso, Yucatán, Mexico, for direct offload into a U.S. Navy vessel in support of Southern Border operations. The contractor would provide cross-border customs support, transportation (e.g., tanker truck, ISO container, or other commercial methods), in-transit security, and all equipment and personnel needed for safe delivery and offload at the Port of Progreso or as directed. Interested parties should demonstrate relevant experience in bulk petroleum logistics, cross-border U.S.–Mexico operations, port coordination, and direct-to-vessel fuel transfer. The government is seeking input on recurring delivery capability, proposed transportation methods, commercial approach, and estimated delivery lead times. Responses are for market research and planning only and do not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award.
