Any offers received after this time will be considered “late” and may be determined unacceptable. 2.Clarifications: Escalator In accordance with B19.20 Economic Price Adjustment – Daily Market Price Indicators (Ships’ Bunkers) (DLA Energy JUNE 2017), The solicited Base Reference under Attachment C of this solicitation will fluctuate daily. The contract price will be paid is the Reference Price as of Date of Delivery Completion plus the Differential. The Differential is the award price minus the Base Reference Price (BRP). For example: If the BRP is $800.00 and the offer / award priced is $1000.00, the Differential is $200.00. If on Date of Delivery completion the Reference Price is $975.00, the Contract Price for that delivery would be $1175.00 ($975.00 + $200.00). 3.No other changes.
