This is a sources sought and synopsis for an intende... THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AND SYNOPSIS FOR AN INTENDED AWARD OF A CONTRACT UNDER FAR 6.302-1, NOT A SOLICITATION. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a sources sought and synopsis for an intended contract between Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) and Kropp Holdings, Inc. (KHI) to provide card transactional services to support DLA Energy’s Aviation Into-Plane Reimbursement (AIR) and Ships’ Easy Access (SEA) Card® Programs worldwide. DLA Energy is issuing this sources sought pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1 as a means of conducting market research to identify parties capable of performing without any disruption to the card transaction services. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with a period of performance not to exceed 12 months (consisting of a 6-month base period and a 6-month option). The period of performance will commence upon the expiration of the current contract with KHI supporting the AIR and SEA Card® Programs. The period of performance for the base period of the contract will be January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024, and the option period will be July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. DLA Energy intends to execute the contract action on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The current contract with KHI supporting the AIR Card® and SEA Card® Programs expires as of January 1, 2024. This sources sought synopsis is not a request for quotes. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Submission Instructions: Interested parties may identify their capability by responding to this sources sought and synopsis by August 15, 2023 at 10AM (EST).
