1.2W SOUTHCOM INTO-PLANE - Amendment 0001
Amendment 0001 revises and updates the solicitation and listed attachments for the SOUTHCOM requirement, and offerors must review the revised documents in their entirety and prepare proposals according to the updated requirements. Offerors must submit pricing for all delivery modes identified for each applicable CLIN in Attachment A, including Into-Plane, Into-Plane with FSII, and Into-Truck, following Attachment B’s pricing instructions. Failure to propose a required delivery mode may cause the proposal to be determined technically unacceptable. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged unless otherwise specified in the amendment.
