The Government is seeking to identify interested vendors and conducting market research credit card/purchase solutions from industry financial institutions for an upcoming solicitation for the AIR Card® and SEA Card® programs. The AIR Card® and SEA Card® are two (2) separate requirements being solicited under a single solicitation. The Government will require a future contractor(s) that can provide a credit card/purchase solutions that is globally accepted by fuel merchants for procuring aviation fuel and Marine Gas Oil (MGO) to include related ancillary ground services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilians customers at Commercial Airports and Sea Ports worldwide.
