The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT is to identify qualified Small Manufacturers/Refineries that are capable of supplying product via vendors for the fuels requirement for Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane. Small Manufacturers/Refineries are defined as refineries that produce less than 200, 000 Barrels per Calendar Day and have 1500 employees or less. This SOURCES SOUGHT covers the 2.3 Central fuels requirement for Into-Plane in the States of: Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
