Solicitation SPE606-23-R-0200 is for the procurement of Distillates & Residuals for ships’ bunkers at variousports Worldwide. Fuel will be procured on a spot-buy as-required basis through the SEA Card® Onlineprogram. Distillate is Commercial Marine Gas Oil (MGO); Residuals are commercial Fuel Oil, Intermediate,Grades RME-180 (FO 180) and RMG-380 (IFO 380) and Very Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (VLSFO). Fuel is to bedelivered as ships’ bunkers directly into U.S. vessels for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies by barge, truck,or pipeline. Ordering period is October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
