This is a Sources Sought Notice issued in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is performing market research to identify potential sources to supply fuel products to Erbil International Airport, Kurdistan on both Civilian and Military sides. Vendor shall submit detailed capability statements regarding access to Erbil and any licenses required to deliver fuel onto the Site. The fuel products that may be required are as follows: Product 1: Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8) NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 Product 2: Diesel (DF2) NSN: 9140-00-286-5294 Product 3: Gasoline, Mid Unleaded (MUM) NSN: 9130-01-272-0983 Submission instructions: Interested vendors shall submit the information requested below to Ketah Watson, via email, at: ketah.watson@dla.mil by February 15, 2021, 12:00PM Eastern (Ft. Belvoir, VA) time. Company name Name, phone number, and email address of a Point of Contact with the company. CAGE code and DUNS number of the company, as currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under NAICS code 324110. (https://sam.gov) Documentation showing access to the fuel products listed above in the stated Fuel supplier’s name and address must be provided. Detailed capability statements outlining access to Erbil and any licenses required to deliver fuel to Erbil. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, so proposals will not be considered. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Late responses will not be accepted. The Government will not entertain any questions regarding this notice.
