DLA Energy is conducting market research via this RFI to assess commercially available toll pass and toll management capabilities for Government vehicles operating throughout CONUS. The current requirement supports approximately 41 GSA-leased vehicles assigned to DLA Energy Americas East and West locations, with fleet size subject to change, and seeks an integrated solution for toll access, centralized account administration, transaction-level reporting, consolidated billing, customer support, and transponder/technology management. The Government-identified NAICS is 488490 (Other Support Activities for Road Transportation), and respondents should confirm or propose an alternative NAICS with business size and socioeconomic status. Interested parties are asked to provide concise information on nationwide/multi-jurisdiction toll coverage and interoperability, toll access technology, account structure, billing/reconciliation, reporting/data, customer support, security/accessibility, implementation/transition, commercial pricing practices, contract vehicles, third-party dependencies, and feedback on the attached draft PWS.
