The resulting award will be a firm fixed-price purchase order for 15,000 USG of Diesel Fuel (DS2, Clear on road), delivered by tank truck with pump, FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance at destination and payment via EFT/WAWF. Delivery is required by 30 September 2026 to Charleston AFB, SC, with deliveries to specified above-ground tanks at 200 Long Street Bldg 675, 406 North Graves Ave Bldg 406 TK-3, NWS Goose Creek Service Station, and 200 Long St Bldg 684 TK-1, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and the driver must call the POC 30 minutes before arrival. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable/best-value basis considering price, technical capability, and past performance.
