Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This amendment corrects a previous amendment and is open only to SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) offerors that previously submitted a proposal under the original solicitation. It updates the base reference date for pricing to November 3, 2025. Specific recommended fuel price escalators are provided for three contract line items, with amounts tied to Tacoma and Spokane markets. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
