The required fuels are 210,000 US gallons of aviation turbine fuel for Boeing Field, WA, 18,000 US gallons of automotive gasoline for Drummond Creek Survival SC, WA, and 10,000 US gallons of diesel fuel for Drummond Creek Survival SC, WA. Offerors must submit a completed SF-30 form via email and provide pricing with a complete tax breakdown using the Price Data Sheet. A Certificate of Analysis/Quality must also be submitted for the aviation fuel delivered to Boeing Field. This amendment is open only to offerors who previously submitted a proposal under the original solicitation.
