Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by filling out block 8, and signing and dating blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C (on page 1 of attached SF30 Form), and submit via email to Hannah Savine at Hannah.r.savine@dla.mil, Kimberly Binns at Kimberly.Binns@dla.mil, and DLA Energy Group Email: DLAEnergyFEPAB@dla.mil. RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 was updated with RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0001. RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0002 is being issued to extend the the closing of the solicitation. The solicitation closing date has been extended. Proposals and all required documents shall be submitted no later than Thursday January 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), local Fort Belvoir time. In Solicitation SPE60525R0220 under CONTRACTING RELATED Section B. SCHEDULE, the Note has changed from: "SCHEDULE: The description, quantities, location, delivery hours, equipment, and other details required for this solicitation are listed in ATTACHMENT A "SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES". Note: Delivery of all line items in the schedule of supplies shall be F.O.B. Destination. Line items 0007, 0011, and 0013 will not be used in this solicitation SPE605-25-R-0220." In Solicitation SPE60525R0220 under CONTRACTING RELATED Section B. SCHEDULE, a statement has been added which has changed to: "SCHEDULE: The description, quantities, location, delivery hours, equipment, and other details required for this solicitation are listed in ATTACHMENT A "SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES". Note: Delivery of all line items in the schedule of supplies shall be F.O.B. Destination. The quantities specified in the Schedule are estimates of the three year requirements period. Line items 0007, 0011, and 0013 will not be used in this solicitation SPE605-25-R-0220." Except as provided in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-25-R-0220 and SPE605-25-R-0220 amendment 0001 remain in-force and unchanged.
