The purchase order resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed-price Purchase Order. Solicitation number SPE60524Q0147 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP; FAR part 13), with FAR part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). Scope of Contract: CLIN 0001 Description – The contractor shall provide under line item 0001: Fuel Product Type: Marine Gas Oil (MGO) NSN: 9140-013137776 Delivery Quantity: 13,000 gallons Required Delivery Date: 20 June 2024 Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM and not later than 3:00 PM Delivery Address: NAS Key West at Mall Pier; GPS:24°34?33?N 081°41?20?W? /?24.57583°N 81.68889°W Tank Details – No. of Tanks Capacity Type Tank Location 1 50000 BARGE Delivery Mode: Tank Wagon; equipped with a meter, nozzle, 100 feet (30m) of hose Special Note: SPECIAL ACCESS Driver must contact station representative one hour prior to delivery. Ensure driver carries two forms of I.D. Driver must also provide a valid Purchase Order number when they arrive on station. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination All Offerors are REQUIRED to furnish a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with its offer for all types of fuel offered on. FACTOR 1: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY Technical capability will be evaluated as either Acceptable or Unacceptable: Acceptable: The offer clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unacceptable: The offer does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. FACTOR 2: PRICE The offered unit price per gallon for individual CLIN will be multiplied by the quantity stated in the RFQ CLIN 0001 Description. The resultant price will be the total offer price that the Government will evaluate for purposes of PO award. FOB Destination. Electronic Funds Transfer as a means of payment will be made upon receipt and acceptance of all products through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
