Award made under this solicitation will be made using FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If this is not returned by the specified deadline, DLA Energy reserves the right to offer this delivery to a different vendor. 3.
