This is an Amendment to previously posted Justification and Approval (J&A) Notice ID: SPE60523D9551. The J&A is for the acquisition of supplies for Diesel Fuel (SFD); Midgrade Unleaded Gasoline (MUM); and Aviation Fuel (JP8) on an other than full and open competition basis due to Unusual and Compelling Urgency, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2. This Amendment extends the Period of Performance for an additional six months IAW with the Terms and Conditions of the contract to October 7, 2023.
