This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in (COG 6): Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. This SS covers the grounds fuels requirement for DLA-Energy customers located in: Singapore. The expected period of performance start June 1, 2023. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. 3. What types of fuel are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? 4. Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s). 5. Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? 6. Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above?
