ALL others WILL NOT be considered. This is for diesel fuel requirement for Department of State in the Erbil area of Iraq. Amendment 0002 is being added to Solicitation. See attached Amendment to update the Solictation. The following Amendment is issued to incorporate the following updates to the Solicitation: Updates the product type to SFD. NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 (see attached Specification C16.67-2 Attachment 1). This update in the Product Type does not change the Reference Price. Provide your new updated Certificate of Quality (COQs) in accordance with the updated Product Type (SFD) and specification (C16.67-2 Attachment 1). Ensure you have the fill-in clauses filled-in as required by the Solicitation. Please provide your updated Total Offer Price based on the pricing sheet you submitted. Please acknowledge and submit a signed Amendment 0002 with your proposal No Later Than (NLT) Wednesday, June 15, 2022, 9:00 AM EST, Ft.
