DESC-FEPBA 15 November 2019 MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGHT SUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing for Sources Sought Notice for Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) under Columbia PC & S Program 1.6K. SPE605-20-RFI-1000. This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE605-20-RFI-1000 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Main DDF bases in Villavicencio Columbia, Bogota, Columbia and LA Macarena Columbia . The estimated annual quantity and products are listed below. The potential vendors must be able to provide and delivery fuel to various locations and times throughout the day and night including weekends and holidays. The product procured will be: DF2 1,115,000.00 USG JA1 840,000.00 USG If your company is interested and capable of providing the above mentioned fuel products, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than 16 December 2019. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: a. Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.) b. Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacity and ability to perform. c. Specific types of fuel capable of supplying.
