Fuel products will be procured for DLA Energy Posts, Camps and Stations (PC&S) Purchase Program 3.28, Customer Organized Group (COG) 8, which is comprised of Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian Agencies located in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The Government intends to award Fixed-Price, Requirements-type contracts with economic price adjustment to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered. It is anticipated that the contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will have an ordering period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2025, and will include a provision to extend the contract(s) for an additional six months. Solicitation SPE605-20-R-0227 will be an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the performance period. As new requirements are received, the Government will issue amendment(s) to the solicitation, with new closing dates for the new requirements, and afford all offerors an opportunity to compete for the new line items. One or more of the line items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
