The current BetaSAM.gov Notice is being updated to add the Amendment 0003 A. CLARIFICATION: ITEM 0001 The delivery mode INTO PLANE represents AIR for this requirement. Columbia has two clins, Clins 0001 and Clins 0002 which are linked together to ensure that fuel delivery is possible by either Tank Truck or by Air / Tank Truck. This is required in the event situation dictates an alternate means of transportation. Fuel will need to be transported via Air to the designated location and transferred into the storage tanks. We have to ensure that fuel can be delivered either by truck or air in the event there are circumstances they may interfere with the mode of delivery for example the weather if the roads are washed out the fuel will need to transported to the location and a truck will need to pump the fuel into the storage tanks. B. CLARIFICATION: ITEM 0004 COSTA RICA BASE REFERENCE: Price $3.11352 Base Reference date is 15 April 2020 is correct. Vendor’s price must include all applicable taxes and fees. C. CLARIFICATION: ITEM 0005 The physical location for LA MACARENA Columbia Delivery Address: Road "San Vicente del Caguan" 0.5 Km from La Macarena, FUDRA Battalion, Genesis building. GPS Location: 2°10'19" N 73°47'29" W D. The OET for Solicitation # SPE60520R0210 is open to post quotes all the requirements quantities and modes have verified and are correct. The number may be off but the line items are 5. E. ITEM 0006 QUESTION: When the fuel is imported is the pricing on Ecopetrol in the same place as the regular weekly prices or is it someplace else. If there is a case where the fuel has to be imported for a particular delivery or short time period that can be addressed at those times. Answer: Yes, the additional cost can be addressed for that particular delivery with supporting documentation. F. The subject solicitation closing has been extended to 3:00 pm (eastern time) Monday, 15 June 2020. G. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by filling out block 8 above, and signing and dating blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C below, and returning this document with their proposal package to DLAEnergyFEPBA@dla.mil, or e-mail to Marichell.Scott@dla.mil. H. All other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-20-R-0210 remain in-force and unchanged.
