Deadline for receipt of proposals to Friday, November 29, 2019 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Solicitation Number SPE605-20-R-0206 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The award will be based on the conforming offer that is considered the "Best Value" to the Government utilizing the "Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable" procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 324110. The small business size standard is 1,500. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be Requirements Type Contracts, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustments.
