DLA Energy anticipates a future solicitation of direct delivery fuels services for our Afghanistan Embassy follow-on contract. The requirement will require the delivery of Diesel Fuel (SFD) and Gasoline, Midgrade (MUM) to several locations (US Embassy Main, Camp Alvardo, Camp Qasimi, etc.) with an approximate 3-year combined total of 25,000,000 US gallons. The anticipated period of performance is 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2023. To be awarded this contract, offerors will be expected to submit their proposals for all CLINs. (CLINs WILL NOT be individually solicited). The requirement will be a full and open competitive award. Any contract award for this requirement shall require the awardee be approved through the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS). Any interested vendors is encouraged to register and submit all required documentation into JCCS as soon as possible. If already registered, vendors should verify if previously submitted documentation is current and update any expired documents.
