This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, SPE605-20-Q-0243, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The purchase order resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed-price purchase order.
