DLA Energy seeks information from qualified small and large businesses interested and capable of providing ground fuels for its customers. This source sought notice covers ground fuels for customers in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Ohio. Products include Avgas, biodiesel, ULSD variants, ethanol, burner fuel oil, gasoline/gasohol, turbine aviation fuel, kerosene, and marine gas oil. The expected period of performance is August 1, 2027 through August 31, 2030. Respondents should provide company and capability information, socioeconomic program participation, fuel types and states they can supply, supplier names and locations, refinery status, and any Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program experience.
