This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation SPE605-26-RFI-1005 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Mexico and have an immediate need. The product below is the product needed, however, please provide list of all capabilities and products in Mexico: Diesel Fuel (DF2) If your company is interested and capable of providing any the above mentioned fuel products information, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice immediately (No later than 10 February 2026). In responding to this notice please provide the following information: a) Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.) b) Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacity and ability to perform. c) Specific types of fuel capable of supplying. Include all fuel types available for delivery in Mexico.
