DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers in various P.P. 3.28, COG 8 locations of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. This upcoming procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses are welcome to participate, but will need to partner with a small business as a subcontractor.
