The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Indonesia. This SS covers the grounds fuels requirement for DLA-Energy customers located in: Pacific. The expected period of performance is August 20, 2023 – September 30, 2023. LOCATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Location: Banyuwangi I'ntl. For purpose of compiling responses to this Source Sought Notice, the deadline is set on May 23, 2023, 3:00 PM, Fort Belvoir, Virginia Time. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number, Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. What types of fuel are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s). Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above?
