RFP SPE605-23-R-0212 is hereby issued to request coverage for Posts, Camps & Stations (PC&S) fuel requirements for Eastern Europe Purchase Program 1.6L (which covers Estonia, Latvia, Poland,Romania, Bulgaria) in support of U.S. Military and Federal Civilian Agencies with ground fuel products being delivered directly by the vendor to the customer. The primary products required for Purchase Program 1.6L Gasoline, Automotive (ULG) Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM SULF (SFD), Turbine Fuel, Aviation (F34), Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1).The estimated performance period is from date of award through 31 OCT 2027. Closing date for solicitation is 08 September 2023, 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. All offers to be submitted through OET. Amendment 0001 has been issued updating evaluation factors for CLIN 0006 and CLIN 0007 and updating narrative for dedicated trucks for CLIN 0029 Campia Turzii, Romania.
