RFI #: SPE605-22-RFI-1006 Date Posted: July 11, 2022 Date Responses Due: July 13, 2022 SUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing of Sources Sought Notice for Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) under Hawaii SPE605-22-RFI-1006 This Source Sought Notice (SS) SPE605-22-RFI-1006 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)- Energy. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Small Business (including 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)), and Large Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuels requirement for DLA-Energy. This SS covers the grounds fuels requirement for DLA-Energy customers located in: Hawaii. The estimated a quantity is 11,000 USG Diesel Fuel (DSS) using tank truck with pump and meter for delivery. The expected period of performance is July 29, 2022. The products procured consist of: Diesel Fuel (DSS) NSN 9140-015416760 If your company is interested and capable of providing the above mentioned fuel products, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than July 13, 2022, 10:00PM, Fort Belvoir, Virginia Time. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number, Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. What types of fuel are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s). Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above? Remember to Include RFI# SPE605-22-RFI-1006 Hawaii in the subject line.
