Africa PC&S PPN 1.8F Requirement Synopsis Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA Energy) intends to competitively solicit and using best value source selection procedures award requirements under Purchase Program number 1.8F Africa Posts, Camps, and Stations (PC&S) to provide uninterrupted ground and jet fuel support to the United States Military in several regional locations in several African countries. The required fuel will be delivered directly by the vendor to the requiring customer(s) via Tank Truck (TT), Tank Wagon (TW), and Drums, via FOB destination and FOB origin. The Solicitation will be issued on or about May 17, 2022, for the following 5-year requirements: 1. Gasoline Automotive [MUR]: 400,000 US. Gallons NSN: 9130-00-148-7103 2. Diesel Fuel, [ULSD [10 PPM SULF] (SFD) EN-590]: 30,720,000 US. Gallons NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 3. Diesel Fuel [DF2]: 73,545,000 US. Gallons NSN: 9140-00-286-5294 4. Aviation Jet Fuel [JA1], 18,960,000 US. Gallons NSN: 9130-00-753-5026 5. Aviation Jet Fuel [JP8], 81,000,000 US. Gallons NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 The resultant contract(s) will be Requirement Type with Economic Price Adjustment [EPA]. This is a multi-year procurement; period of performance is Date of Award through July 31, 2027.
