Your quotation is requested under the subject RFQ for the items listed below: 50,000 gallons of TURBINE FUEL,AVIATION, NSN: 9130-003592026 (JAA w/ additives CI, SDA, FSII) to Harrisburg, PA. 2. Required Delivery Date: OCT 19th, 2021 Through OCT 31, 2021 3. Prices will be in US Dollars per gallon, firm fixed price. Include all applicable taxes and other cost plus profit into your proposed price. *Note: The government will not assume any responsibility above the 10% variance authorized by the contract.* PLEASE NOTE: DoD installations and Federal Government facilitates have access control measures and procedures in place. You and your subcontractor are responsible for knowing and complying with all physical security measures and access control procedures on the DoD installation or Federal Government facility you are delivering to. Be aware that gaining access to a DoD installation or Federal Government facility can be a lengthy process. DLA Energy is not responsible for any delays at physical security check points and will not pay for any costs incurred as a results of delays at physical security check points. Quotes containing accelerated payment terms or additional fees/costs for delays caused at government physical security check points will not be considered. 4. This is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 324110. DLA Energy may require a vendor to sign the SF1449 prior to being offered this delivery. This would be sent by email and may have a response window of as little as two (2) hours. Upon request, the vendor must return the signed SF1449 by the deadline specified. If this is not returned by the specified deadline, DLA Energy reserves the right to offer this delivery to a different vendor. 5. Interested parties can search the internet for “aviation fuel fill stand” if they have no knowledge about this type of facility. Regarding the fill stand for this particular requirement, ALL hookups and equipment, shall be supplied by the Awardee (to include the fixed fill stand). Q: Delivery Schedule? Due to administrative error the POP has been updated to October 19th-31st. Due to variance with operations there is no estimated delivery amount for specific dates. Q: Spec sheet? To be awarded, a spec sheet (or COA) which can be obtained from your fuel supplier must be provided before award (Safety Data Sheets will not satisfy this requirement).
