The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is performing market research to identify potential sources to supply fuel products to various locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The fuel quantities will be determined at a later date and the fuel products required are as follows: Product 1: Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8) NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 Estimated Annual Quantity: To Be Determined Product 2: Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM SULF (SFD) NSN: 9140-01-556-9156 Estimated Annual Quantity: To Be Determined Product 3: Gasoline, Mid-grade Unleaded (MUM) NSN: 9130-01-272-0983 Estimated Annual Quantity: To Be Determined Submission instructions: Interested vendors shall submit the information requested below to John Stanislaus, via email, at: John.Stanislaus@dla.mil by June 15, 2022, 4:00PM Eastern (Ft. Belvoir, VA) time. Company name Name, phone number, and email address of a Point of Contact with the company. CAGE code and DUNS number of the company, as currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under NAICS code 324110. (https://sam.gov) Written documentation showing that the company is currently, has previously been, or has the capability to deliver the previously mentioned fuel products throughout KSA. Documentation showing access to the fuel products listed above and the vendor’s fuel suppliers name and address must be provided. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, so proposals will not be considered. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Late responses will not be accepted. The Government will not entertain any questions regarding this notice.
