This Request for Information (RFI), SPE605-21-RFI-1009, is being issued for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel in support of DLA Energy 1.8T Fuel Program for various Papua New Guinea locations. The result of this RFI will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels for a period of two months. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs: In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only. DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI. Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI. Responses to this RFI do not bind DLA Energy to any further actions. The total estimated fuel quantity for the Papua New Guinea locations is approximately 6,156 gallons to be provided in 55 gallon drums, for a total of 114 drums. The fuel products sought include the following: TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JP8) 9130-01-031-5816 OR Aviation AVIATION (JA1) w/additives 9130-00-753-5026 Mode of Transportation: 55 gal Drums In responding to this notice, please provide the following specific information: 1.
