DLA Energy anticipates a future solicitation of direct delivery fuels services for five (5) locations in Jordan. The requirement will require the delivery of Diesel Fuel (SFD), Gasoline, Midgrade (MUM) and Turbine Fuel (JP8) the following locations: (King Abdullah II Air Base, ZARQ, Jordan; Mwaffaq As-Salti Air Base, MSAB Azraq, Jordan; Northern Integrated Site, Jordan; Prince Hasan Airbase, Jordan and Joint Training Center - Zarqa, Jordan). This is a three-year requirement with a total of 63,048,000 US gallons. The anticipated period of performance is 1 December 2021 to 30 November 2024. All fuel requirements will be solicited based on product. Offerors may submit bids on one or multiple products being solicited for this requirement. The requirement will be a full and open competitive award and will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Any contract award for this requirement shall require the awardee to be approved through the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS). Any interested vendors are encouraged to register and submit all required documentation into JCCS as soon as possible. If already registered, vendors should verify if previously submitted documentation is current and update any expired documents. Award of contracts from this upcoming solicitation will not be delayed for any offeror who fails to properly submit their JCCS documentation in a timely manner in order for their company to be vetted by JCCS personnel. Required documents for JCCS registration include, but not limited to the following: Ministry of Commerce and Industry License Tax ID Certificate Vendor Profile, Contacts, Questionnaires, and supporting Documents Award for this requirement will be made to the lowest-priced and technically acceptable offeror. For this requirement, DLA Energy reserves the right to not enter into discussions prior to award. Additionally, DLA Energy reserves the right to make multiple contract awards as a result of this upcoming RFP. No award will be made to any offeror not deemed technically acceptable. Any deviation from the terms, conditions, or requirements of the upcoming RFP may result in offers being determined ineligible for award.
