This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to procure the petroleum fuel products using FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The Government will award requirements-type contracts resulting from the Solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the Solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (See Evaluation criteria under SECTION M).
