This Sources Sought Notice (SS) for solicitation number SPE605-20-RFI-1007 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in COG 3 in the states of DELEWARE, INDIANNA, KENTUCKY, MARYLAND, OHIO TENNEESEE, VIRGINIA, WEST VIRGINIA, and WASHINGTON DC. The estimated quantity is potentially 1,236,695 USG of; Biodiesel (BDI), Gasoline, Regular Unleaded (MUR), Gasoline, Midgrade Unleaded (MUM), Diesel Fuel ULSD #1 (DS1), Diesel Fuel ULSD #2 (DS2), Red-Dyed ULSD #1 (DSW), Red-Dyed ULSD #2 (DSS) delivered via Tank Wagon, Tank Truck, or Tank Truck W/P at the various locations. If your company is interested and capable of providing the fuel products as specified, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than April 20, 2020. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, cage, email address, phone/fax number.) Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacity and ability to perform. Specific types of fuel you are capable of supplying.
