The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is exploring alternative solutions and determining industry capabilities. In accordance to FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for the gathering of information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only. All responses received may be held for an extended period of time or destroyed. In no case will any responses be returned to the originator. DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI as all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be the sole responsibility of the responding party. Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI. Responses to this RFI do not bind DLA Energy to any further actions related to this topic. There will be a question/answer period provided giving the opportunity to ask any questions (not limited to the listed questions below) and a cumulative response given .
