Defense Logistics Agency-Energy is seeking to procure an estimated 3,360,000 US Gallons of Diesel Fuel, (ULSD), NSN:9140-01-556-9156 to be delivered to Agadez, Niger. Telephonic (verbal) questions Will Not be addressed. Offerors may submit questions to the Contracting Officer in writing, via email to Tonya Sterling at tonya.sterling@dla.mil on or before 4:30pm DST, 30 March 2020. All responses to questions, which may affect offers, will be consolidated and answered via an official Question and Answer (Q&A) amendment to the solicitation.
