The government seeks proposals for electricity supply plus any ancillary and/or incidental services to Department of War installations and Federal Civilian facilities in the MISO market area, including Army Corps of Engineers, Illinois Air National Guard, USDA-National Center for Agriculture Utilization Research, and Scott Air Force Base. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Requirements Type contract with a 24-month delivery period from the May 2027 meter read date through the May 2029 meter read date. The total estimated quantity across four CLINs is 240,033,144 kWh. Proposals must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation module according to the attached proposal requirements.
