This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking small business sources to provide direct supply and delivery of natural gas to DoD and Federal civilian facilities across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Interested firms must be able to deliver via interstate/intrastate pipelines, manage nominations for customers behind Local Distribution Companies and/or directly connected pipelines, and comply with balancing provisions. The government may award multiple fixed-price contracts with economic price adjustment for a 24-month performance period beginning on or about June 1, 2027.
