The Department of Defense is soliciting offers for a 24-month electricity supply contract for various military and federal facilities within the ERCOT market in Texas, with delivery beginning in January 2027. The total estimated quantity is 841,665,759 kWh across 19 line items, under Firm Fixed-Price or Fixed-Price Requirements contracts using Real-Time Settlement Point Pricing. Performance will occur at locations throughout Texas, and the contract is not set aside for small businesses.
