The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) requires analytical technical advisory and assistance support to procure retail electricity and, to a lesser extent, renewable energy and Carbon Pollution-Free (CFE) energy, in the Continental United States (CONUS) at fair and reasonable terms, while providing overall guidance to the acquisition team. These services include, but are not limited to, the performance of electricity, renewable, and CFE rate analysis, commercial regulation planning, economic market analysis, a compilation analytical summary of current subscription data that supports price fair and reasonableness, and on-the-spot (between 24 and 48-hour turn-around) support for DLA Energy solicitations.
